Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping

Items are shipped via Canada post. Due to Covid-19, it is not uncommon for packages to be delayed and Canada post is not guaranteeing delivery times. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

I am not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the post office. Most packages aside from letter mail and small packages come with $100 insurance. If you would like to purchase more please contact me via the contact form page.

Customs and import taxes

Items are shipped from Canada. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery at buyers expense.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
